The Coffee Collective is driven by the dream of providing a coffee farmer in Kenya the same status and living conditions as a wine grower in France. Owned by Peter Dupont, Klaus Thomsen, Casper Rasmussen, and Linus Törsäter, the Coffee Collective seeks to explore and unfold exceptional coffee experiences, in a manner that raises the living conditions of coffee farmers globally.

Through their direct trade model, they lay out a distinct set of criteria for their trade with their producers, paying increased prices for improved quality. They pledge to offer a 25% higher price than Fairtrade standards and guarantee that each farm they source from is visited every single year.

This micro roaster now has two coffee shops and a coffee school operating out of Denmark. They roast daily in a Loring SmartRoast 30 kg roaster that allows them tight control of the roasting profile, while using less energy than traditional roasters – without emitting any smoke or fumes.
